On Tuesday, the House Revenue Committee held informational hearings on three measures for members to review amendments and ask questions to better understand the issues at hand. The topics of the hearing included allowing trade associations to petition the Oregon Tax Court for declaratory rulings, directing local income tax appeals to the Oregon Tax Court, and repealing Oregon's throwback rule for corporate apportionment.
