The committee held an informational hearing to receive an update from staff on their work to draft potential amendments to address the process county assessors use to return a property to the tax rolls. That process, known as "ReMAV," has become one of the most technical questions for the legislative revenue committees this session. It also may become the next tax ballot measure referred to voters.
